Will my teeth become more sensitive after using qsmile?
qsmile is specially formulated to give you bright teeth without too much sensitivity. However, keep in mind that everyone is different and some people may feel a slight sensation of sensitivity. This is normal.
I like coffee and tea, sometimes I smoke and drink red wine. Does qsmile help to remove the discolouration caused by this?
Yes! Qsmile effectively helps to remove discolouration caused by the consumption of such substances.
How often can I use qsmile?
The basic treatment is once a day for 20 minutes, for 5 consequtive days. You can repeat this treatment every two months.
When should I use qsmile?
We recommend to use qsmile in the evening, before going to bed, as you probably won’t feel the urge to eat or drink. If you choose to use qsmile during the day, keep in mind that you should not eat or drink for at least 1 hour after the treatment.
How long should I keep the mouthpiece in my mouth?
Keep the mouthpiece in your mouth for 20 minutes once a day for 5 consequtive days.
What's in the SmileZero Gel?
The SmileZero Gel ingredients are:
Glycerin, Urea Peroxide, Methylparaben, Carbomer, Mentha Piperita Oil, PEG-40 Castor Oil, Tromethamin.
It contains less than 0,1% peroxide.
Does the SmileZero Gel contain Fluoride?
No, qsmile was specifically developed without fluorides.
What do I do, when I have used up all my SmileZero Gel?
You can oder a refill in the qsmile shop. Simply click on “Shop” in the top Menu.
Can I use the LED mouthpiece without any Gel?
No, please do not use the LED mouthpiece without any Gel. The Gel is needed to create the whitening effect, and using the LED mouthpiece without any gel may irritate your gums or teeth.
I have fillings. Can I use qsmile?
Yes, qsmile does not have any effect on your fillings. However, keep in mind, that there will be no brightening effect on these areas.
Should I brush my teeth after using qsmile?
Yes, it is recommended that you brush your teeth befor and after using qsmile. For best results, we recommend that you have a professional dental cleaning befor using qsmile the first time.
What does the LED light do?
The LED light activates the whitening components of the SmileZero gel.
Does qsmile whiten dental crowns or veneers?
Unfortunately, qsmile does not work on synthetic surfaces such as crowns or veneers.
I have braces. Can I use qsmile?
No. I is not recommended that you use qsmile while wearing braces.
Can children use qsmile?
We recommend not to use qsmile under the age of 16.
When should I not use qsmile?
Please refrain from using qsmile if you are under the age of 16, pregnant, breast feeding or undergoing chemotherapy. If you are insecure, you can contact your local dentist or your doctor.
